Channel of Complaints

INSTALADORES RME SL, within its organisation and management model, has enabled a Whistleblower Channel to provide preventive effectiveness and enable the detection of acts or conducts that may be contrary to the applicable general or sectoral regulations, in accordance with the Criminal Code, which imposes the obligation to report possible risks and breaches to the body in charge of monitoring the operation and observance of the prevention model.

The Whistleblower Channel is enabled for all members of our company and for third parties who can inform the Compliance Officer of any procedural or organisational weakness that may lead to a criminal risk, or the commission or omission of a criminal act.

INSTALADORES RME SL guarantees confidentiality, anonymity and the absence of any kind of retaliation towards the person who reports the facts. Data will be kept only for the time strictly necessary to investigate the reported facts. In any case, three months after the introduction of your personal data, the company will delete it from the system.

If retention is necessary to continue the investigation, the company may keep processing your data in a different, legally appropriate environment.
